Very bad experience with Dr PRATAP CHANDRA RATH as his behaviour with PATIENT is not good...first time I have experienced such exp...he is taking Rs. 200 from other two patients in front of me by billing receipt of Rs. 300...and taken Rs. 300 from me in place of Rs. 200...
